Sourdough for Beginners

Join us at Smokey Timbers for a hands-on sourdough bread class. Learn to craft delicious artisan loaves right in your home kitchen! Dive into the art of bread making, from mixing and shaping to scoring and baking. Participants will leave with a dehydrated starter, complete with instructions, a ready-to-ferment dough, a shaped boule- ready to proof and bake, and a dough scraper. Join us and discover the simple pleasure of making delicious, nourishing bread with just three ingredients: flour, water, and salt!
