RENTAL INFORMATION

If you are interested in spending time at Smokey Timbers Camp, check the rental rates and then please download and complete the Rental Application and Camp Rules forms located below.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  We can accept cash or check for payment.  Please plan accordingly when making reservations.

*Rental is for the venue of Smokey Timbers Camp.

Camper Spots are not rented individually.  They are included as add-ons when renting the Main Camp only.

Rental Rates

Updated for 2023

Youth Group Pricing:

  • $15 per campsite per night x # of sites
  • $40 per week day (M-TH) for shelter/deck/patio/kitchen/campsite
  • $75 per night for Bunkhouse only (Nov 1-Mar 1)
  • $200 per night for Main Camp1
  • $40 per night for Camper Cabin2
  • $40 per night for Small Yurt2
  • $40 per week day (M-TH) for Large Yurt only

Family/Organization Group Pricing:

  • $100 per week day (M-TH) for shelter/deck/patio/kitchen only
  • $450 per night for Main Camp1
  • $80 per night for Camper Cabin2
  • $80 per night for Small Yurt2
  • $40 per night for Camper Spots3*
  • $80 per week day (M-TH) for Large Yurt only
*Camper Spots are not rented individually.  They are included as add-ons when renting the Main Camp only.

Additional Pricing:

  • Damage Deposit of $50 (required of Youth and Family/Organization Groups)
  • Additional Contribution to help assure Smokey Timbers’ future
Rental Notes:

  • 1Main Camp includes the use of Bunkhouse, Screen Porch and Deck, Kitchen Building, Large Yurt, Lake Shore area and all campsites.

  • 2Camper Cabin and Small Yurt are only available as additions to Main Camp Rentals.

  • 3 Camper Spots are tow in trailers, campers, motor homes, etc., and are also only available as additions to Main Camp Rentals.

  • Use of the Restroom Building is included in all rentals.

  • Weekday Day rates are from 8:00am-8:00pm and are available Monday through Thursday only.

  • Complete the appropriate line items on the Rental Agreement below to calculate your fee.

  • Separate checks for the rental fee and the deposit are encouraged. The deposit check will not be cashed unless cancellation or damage payment is due.

  • Check out time is 12:00 noon, unless other arrangements have been made, in advance.
